This website is currently an informational and pre-launch site for Yandu. It describes a product that is still under development and lets you join a waitlist for early access. It does not currently give you access to any live academic-coordination product, and no such product is available through this website today.

Joining the waitlist means asking to be contacted about Yandu's launch. It is not a purchase, a subscription, a reservation of a specific price or launch date, or a contract for any future service. We may change Yandu's features, timeline, availability, or pricing before launch without notice to waitlist members, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee you will be offered access.

This website and its waitlist are intended for use by adults — parents and guardians, tutors, and school staff. If you are a parent or guardian, you may join the waitlist on behalf of yourself and your family. This website does not currently offer a way for a student to join the waitlist directly.

You agree not to use this website to submit false information, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems, or to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may remove a waitlist entry or restrict access to the site if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

The Yandu name, logo, and the content of this website — including its design, text, and imagery — belong to 5MiMu SARL or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or content for any other purpose without our written permission.

This website relies on third-party services to operate: Vercel for hosting and analytics, Mailchimp for waitlist communications, and Sanity for content management. Your use of the waitlist involves your data being handled by Mailchimp as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers' own systems.

This website and the information on it — including anything describing Yandu's planned features — are provided “as is,” for general information only, and may change as the product develops. We do not guarantee that any planned feature described on this site will be delivered as described, or at all.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5MiMu SARL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the waitlist, including reliance on information about Yandu's future features or launch timing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal.

We may update these terms as the website or Yandu evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date on this page; continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
